Ive been going here for years and the NB team got my skin wedding ready in 2022. I recently stepped out of my comfort zone and got lip filler. The injector, Dr. Ruth was fabulous! She listened to my concerns and fears around the procedure. She didnt pressure me and completely changed my mind about this treatment. It was virtually painless which totally surprised me as that was one of my main fears about lip filler. I went conservative and only wanted to replace volume loss due to aging. I love the results!! Looks natural and turned back the clock, addressing the volume loss and fine lip lines that were making me look older. Thank you Dr. Ruth and the NB team!! Ill see you soon!

Im not one to ever leave reviews HOWEVER as a first Botox timer and a lot of anxiety .. Dr.Ruth made my experience amazing. 100% the best bedside manners Ive ever experienced in my 33 years. She talked me through it and even let me hold a vibrating device to calm my nerves. Extremely personal and had the sweetest personality. I have been terrified of needles my whole life and started with baby Botox. I was nervous for nothing because I barely felt anything short of a pinch.

Will absolutely be returning back. There was no pressure on me, she listened to my concerns and multitude of questions. My plan was just to get a consultation but I went for it and Im so happy I did! Highly recommend. There is no need to look anywhere else.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the service is quick and painless. I was pleased to start seeing noticeable results after even just the first and second sessions. I was initially concerned about having to stop the majority of my skincare routine 10 days before each session since it's taken me a couple years to get my skin in a good place, but it hasn't been problematic at all! My skin has held up fine. And I'm able to start my skincare routine again immediately following each appointment.

Highly recommended Northville Beauty & spa... I was waiting few months to put my honest and real result review. Long short story...I went last year with unhealthy skin that has A LOTE of pigmentations makes me look older and tired .. they starts with 4 sessions of microneedling plus PRP, alternative with chimical peel ( all that took almost 6 months or so)... then at the end I got what it's called laser CO2 ... and wrapped all that with hydrafacial... everything was fine until 4 months passed, and my skin looks flawless.. clear and very healthy, not even 10 years ago I have such a young looking skin, i had very fine line disappeared... ill definitely go back and get that laser CO2 again after summer.. trust their professional experience, they knew what your skin really needs.

I went to northville beauty spa for some Botox and lip injections and was super impressed. I went once before and was really scared to do lip injections again because it hurt last time. The new doctor (Dr. Ruth) uses a better numbing cream and is super gentle with her injections. I had a way better experience this time around and she did a GREAT job with my lips!

I consulted a lot of other beauty clinics in the area for laser hair removal, but Northville Beauty spa is the best for the pricing, services , equipment and facilities. The staff were wonderful and helpful, answered all my questions and concerns about whole body laser. No one might believe, but I can see a significant difference in just one session. Can't wait to continue my next sessions to see the amazing results.

And I might soon start the micro-needling also with them. Will update my review once I am done with that as well. I have a complete trust in them to make my skin better.

The staff here are always warm and professional and treat you with the utmost respect. I initially started coming here for laser with Kim, who is so knowledgeable in the field of laser hair removal. She makes you feel at ease and the lasers are state of the art with minimal pain. After going to a few laser sessions I decided to try the micro needling service for my deep acne scars. After a consult with Linda I booked for 3 sessions initially and already Ive noticed a significant improvement in the scars and discoloration on my skin. I love the treatment so much that Ive just booked more.

I got referred by a friend here to get microblading removed. After some discussion with Linda over the phone, I felt very comfortable starting with the PicoWay removal program. It sounded like a great deal and I could tell Linda is very knowledgeable. Then when I first walked in, I knew it was the right choice. Not only is it a beautiful suite (very clean, relaxing atmosphere with drinks and water very kindly offered, even comfy chairs!--Not that I had to wait long, which was also very nice) but they have the most wonderful staff. I requested a consultation 3 months ago and the response was pretty quick, the minute I walked in to this beautiful facility a beautiful specialist welcomed me and gave me the consultation of the century which left me with no questions to ask. my main concern was vibrancy, finelines & wrinkles and some sun damage and the beautiful linda inside out recommended the VIVACE RADIO FREQUENCY MICRO-NEEDLING treatment with PRP and hydra facial in between sessions.

Im 15 and Im so glad to finally remove my body hair that Ive been insecure about. Its painless and from my first treatment I could already see patches and slower growth. For my full body it takes 30 minutes max!

Recently started Microneedling and have had 2 sessions so far. My acne scars are almost completely gone....acne scars from HIGH-SCHOOL. Insanely blown away from the progress over the past year, and can't wait to see the final results. So far I've had microneedling, laser tattoo removal and both facials here. ( I went to this place in Dearborn a few years back and besides the fact that it took forever to do my legs, I thought I was going to pee my pants of pain although I have a pretty high pain tolerance) So the 2 experiences are completely different. Now, it remains to see how well it works. This was my first out of six. I'll update my post once I'm done with all of them and see the outcome. So far so great! I would definitely recommend it!

I've been to a few med spas in the past several years and I have to say, this one is by far the cleanest and most professionally run operation I've ever visited. The IPL is great because they use the numbing cream and it's not at all painful! Also, the results are fantastic. After a few treatments, people have noticed and asked "are you trying something new on your skin?". I'm not telling. :) I've had the Hydrafacial MD here and LOVED the results too. Highly recommend.

Hair Free is a great place. The service and and outcome is well worth the price you pay.

Hair free is an amazing place! I go there to get a chemical peel for my face. And it helps clear my acne so fast. I would recommend this place to anyone cuz there is many different things that you can get done here from a laser hair treatment to a facial. All the employees are really sweet and are always very helpful. Overall this place is one of my favorites and it is always so clean.

WOW! WOW! WOW! That is the perfect word to describe this place!! I called Hair Free recently because someone recommended their place to me to get a facial. From the moment I called, the person who helped me over the phone put me at ease about all of my concerns I was having. Being a mom, I have long and exhausting days. I needed to get a facial and feel rejuvenated. Hair Free did just that. The receptionist recommended a hydra facial. I had never had one before. Well, let me tell you how amazing it was. The feeling I had after getting my first hydra facial was perfection. I felt like I looked like a million bucks. And the best part of it all, people noticed I looked refreshed!! I can't wait to go back and get my next one. Thanks Hair Free for making this exhausted mom feel brand new again!! Can't wait to come back!!!

I started getting laser hair removal (Brazilian,) and so far I’ve only had two treatments, and the results have been amazing so far! I also had a hydra facial done here, and it left my skin feeling lovely, and my makeup went on like a dream the next day. The staff is so sweet, and caring. Their suite is beautiful, very comforting feeling and modern. They offer a wide variety of treatments, and run good promotions.

I am so glad I finally mustered up the courage to get laser hair removal done - the office, staff, and bedside manner are remarkable. Today was my first treatment and I was nervous going in, but my laser technician put all of my worries to rest and gave me an excellent session! I can't wait to come back! Even after one treatment my skin is smoother than its ever been. Highly recommend!

I’ve only done one treatment of laser and I was so pleased! I’ve gone to a different laser treatment place previously and this place blew it out of the water. They were so nice and made the experience very comfortable and pain free. I was nervous at first but it was over so fast. I just finished my second session at hair free and I can truly say you will not find a better place to get your laser done. Every time I walk in to this breathe taking spa you are immediately welcomed by the owner Linda and the amazing staff. I am terrified of pain, but both times I have come Linda has made me feel so at ease and explained everything she was going to do so I would not be afraid. The service you get at Hair Free is nothing sky of spectacular. Laser can be a sensitive thing, but I assure you with just one consultation you will be instantly feel comfortable and fall in love. After coming here and seeing how amazing the services, facility, and staff are I could never see myself going anywhere else! Call and ask for Linda. You will not be disappointed!

Hair Free is seriously the best place to go for so many different procedures! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I started going in September for laser hair removal. Since then I have been doing ResurFX procedures for acne scarring and the difference it has made for me has been truly amazing. I previously went to another popular office that charged me almost twice the price for a laser treatment that was supposedly for acne scarring. There was almost no improvement in my skin and my downtime was twice as long as it is with ResurFX.
I also just recently got the 3D microblading done. My eyebrows have never looked so great.
I would highly recommend Hair Free to anyone!

Yesterday was my first visit and I already can't wait to go back. I had so many questions for them and they were all answered before we started. Which with the consultation and treatment , I was out within an hour. Very clean, informative and welcoming. Thank you ladies so much!!! I've told all my girlfriends about you guys !!! I am so happy with this business. I started getting my life back with weight loss on my own and Hair Free is helping to make me as beautiful as possible. I've done laser hair removal, waxing, threading, resurfix, hyrofacial and IPL. I'm very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness and the services. They make you feel like family.
